Cook - Full Time Prepares, seasons, and cooks soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other foodstuffs for consumption in eating establishments by performing the following duties: Estimates food requirements and orders food from supplier or procures food from storage... (Must be 18 years of age. Supervisory responsibilites - Directly supervises )

Rewards Club Rep Responsible for greeting all guests.Responsible for promoting exceptional customer service, must possess the “Five Star Qualities.” ()

Slot Services Host - Full Time Delivers excellent customer service to Slot and Casino patrons. Monitors operations of assigned slot machines and participates in the payment of manual jackpots, up to and including $10,000. ()

Security Officer Responsible for maintaining the health, safety, and welfare of all CrewMembers and guests while on Aztar property. Protect company assets. (High school diploma or general education degree (GED).)

Exp Multiple Games Dealer Responsible for the integrity of the game (Must have training and knowledge of multiple games to include craps & poker)

Housekeepers - F/P Time Clean rooms daily as directed by Supervisor. Provide courteous and friendly service to Hotel Guests. Strip soiled linens from beds and remake neatly with clean, unstained linen. Thoroughly and completely dust all furniture, fixtures, etc... (Must be 18 years of age.)

Bus/Shuttle Driver Drives vehicle from individual or central loading area to other venues on Casino Aztar property or other destinations. (HS Diploma or GED and valid CDL license)

Steward/Dishwasher - Full time Ensures a clean, efficient, and economical food service by performing the following duties: Cleans and sanitizes dishes, cookware, and silverware. Sweep and mop all floors in kitchen area to ensure they are free of food and water... (Must be 18 years of age.)

Sous Chef - Full Time Assists in the coordination of activities of and assists the cooks, and other kitchen workers engaged in preparing and cooking foods to ensure an efficient and profitable food service (High School/GED with minimum of 2 years superviosry experinec in a large hotel, restaurant or casino.)

Deckhand Full Time Provide cleaning & maintenance services. Assist in guest embarkation/disembarkation. Provide crowd control assistance. (Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Education/License in Basic First Aid and/or CPR Certificate a plus)

Staff Accountant Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports. (Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field; Minimum of 1-2 years accounting experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.)

Surveillance Operators Observes television screens that transmit in sequence views of the Gaming facility and land-based sites. Adjusts monitor controls when required to improve reception, and notifies repair service of equipment malfunctions. (Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED))

Retail Clerk Full Time Provides exceptional customer service while providing merchandise to customers. (High School Diploma/GED preferred. Previous cashier experience preferred.)

EMT/Security Officer Maintain security over the entire facility during assigned shift. Escorts all money transfers through out the riverboat and support facilities. Oversees patron and crew member safety. (High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. EMT License required)

Database Marketing Analyst Perform analysis on marketing data and provide statistic-based results (Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 1 year job related experience. Have experience in Microsoft SQL or Oracle is a plus.)
