Does Casino Aztar provide transportation to and from Evansville’s regional airport?

Yes. Please contact Casino Aztar’s Hotel Valet to make arrangements.

Does Casino Aztar have free parking?

Casino Aztar has free self-parking in an enclosed, attached garage. Valet service is available at both Casino Aztar and Le Merigot hotels.

Does Casino Aztar offer transportation from nearby cities?

Does Casino Aztar provide scooters or wheelchairs?

Scooter rental is available. Fees: $15 for up to 4 hours. 24-hour rental is $30. Trop Advantage® Club card balances may be used toward rental fees. A limited number of wheelchairs are available for use. Please inquire at the Casino Aztar Hotel Registration Desk.

Does Casino Aztar offer room accommodations for the physically challenged?

The Casino Aztar Hotel has twelve handicapped-friendly hotel rooms.

Does Casino Aztar have meeting facilities?

Our Executive Conference Center is the first of its kind in Evansville and boasts over 11,000 square-feet of high-tech, user-friendly meeting space. Does Casino Aztar offer smoke-free areas?

All public spaces of the Casino Aztar complex are non-smoking. Smoking is limited to the Casino and designated Hotel Rooms (must be 21 years of age). Keep in mind that Casino Level One is 100% non-smoking.

Does Casino Aztar serve alcoholic beverages?

Full bar service is available at eleven restaurant and casino bar locations.

Is there a cover charge to board the Casino?

There is no cover charge to board the Casino. However, you must have a valid I.D. and must be 21 years of age.

What are Casino Aztar’s hours of operation?

The casino and hotels are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Any changes to this schedule will be publicly posted in advance. The restaurants, lounges and gift shop maintain separate hours. Please refer to the website for hours of operation.

What is the legal gambling age?

Indiana’s legal gambling age is 21 and identification is required.

How do I use my Trop Advantage® Card?

Simply insert your card into the card reader of any participating slot machine. For table games, simply present your card to the dealer before play begins.

How do I earn FREE PLAY and Comp Dollars?

Use your Trop Advantage® Card when playing slot games and table games.

When can I use my earned FREE PLAY and Comp Dollars?

FREE PLAY and Comp Dollars can be used on the day you earn them or you can bank them for future use.

Where can I use my earned FREE PLAY?

Table Game Players: FREE PLAY is redeemable at the Players Club with your TROP ADVANTAGE Card and a valid ID. Slot Players: FREE PLAY is redeemable on any participating slot machine. You must have a TROP ADVANTAGE Card and Security PIN.

Where can I use my Comp Dollars?

Comp dollars are valid at Casino Aztar restaurants or any participating Casino Aztar retail outlet. Present your Club Card and valid photo ID to your server or cashier to redeem Comp dollars. Stoney's/Outlaw Burger Company in The District at Casino Aztar requires a printed comp. Visit the Trop Advantage Club for details.

How can I check my Comp Dollar balance?

You can check your balance at either TROP Advantage Club or on any participating slot machine.

How can I get a copy of my Win/Loss Statement?

At www.casinoaztar.com, click on “Win/Loss Statement” at the bottom of the home page for a Win/Loss Statement Request Form. Or contact our Staff Accountant at (812) 433-4518.

What determines my TROP Advantage tier level for the year?

Tier levels are awarded based on casino play.

Earning Periods are January 1 through June 30 and July 1 through December 31.

Benefit Periods are August 1 through January 31 and February 1 through July 31.

How many points do I need to earn to achieve a higher tier?

  1. Copper: 1,000 Points
  2. Gold: 10,000 Points
  3. Platinum: 25,000 Points 
  4. Black: 250,000 Points

What forms of ID do you need for a jackpot payout?

To collect a jackpot payout, you must present a valid government-issued photo ID such as driver's license, passport, military ID or alien registration.

Do I have to use my Trop Advantage Card to be entered into promotions?

Yes.

How do I receive special offers through mail or email?

The benefits of your card account extend to promotional mailings, direct mail and email offers, based on your level of play, as well as discounted or complimentary rooms. Use your card every time you play to enjoy maximum rewards.

What are points and how do they work?

Earn points by using your Trop Advantage Card whenever you play any participating slot machine. Table game ratings begin after 15 minutes of continuous play. Trop Rewards are easy to receive and accumulate quickly!

What is a TROP Advantage® Club member?

A TROP Advantage Club member is a card holder. You can join the club at either Trop Advantage Club on property. Club membership is FREE.

Do the hotel rooms have:

  1. Alarm clocks? Clock radios with alarms are located in each guest room. Additional wake-up service is available through the hotel operator.
  2. Cable TV? Yes. Stations include: ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, ESPN, FOX, PBS, weather, cooking, travel, sports and many more including pay-per-view movies.
  3. Coffee pots? Yes.
  4. Roll-away beds? Yes. These are free for use upon request with limited availability.
  5. Hairdryers? Yes.
  6. Irons and ironing boards? Yes.
  7. Refrigerators? Yes. These are free for use upon request with limited availability.
  8. Laundry facilities? Please contact the Hotel Front Desk for off-site dry cleaning and laundry services.
  9. Microwaves? Available only in Suites.
  10. Safes? Safe deposit boxes are available at the front desk. Suites are furnished with safes.
  11. TDD/TTY devices? Yes.
  12. VCR/video game hook ups? No.
  13. Wheelchair accessible rooms? Yes. Limited number.
  14. In-room internet access? Yes. Le Merigot offers wireless service. The Casino Aztar Hotel provides Ethernet cords for internet access at no charge.
  15. Baby Cribs? Yes. These are free for use upon request with limited availability.

How old do you have to be to check in to your hotels?

You must be at least 21 years old to check-in and stay at the either the Casino Aztar Hotel or Le Merigot Hotel.

What is your cancellation policy?

In order to receive a full refund, we require room cancellation by 6PM on the scheduled arrival date.

Do you allow pets in the hotels?

The Casino Aztar Hotel allows pets to stay in rooms with a $100 Cash Deposit. This deposit is refunded after an approved check-out inspection. Le Merigot does not allow pets.

How do I send or receive a fax at your hotels?

Ask for assistance at the Hotel Front Desk.

How many guests do you allow per room?

King rooms sleep 3 persons with one King bed and one rollaway bed.

Queen rooms sleep 4 persons with two queen beds.

Standard Suite sleeps 2 persons. 

Presidential Suite sleeps 2 persons.                                  

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-In is at 4 pm CST

Check-Out is at 11 am CST

Can I pre-arrange to have flowers or a gift sent to a guest prior to their arrival?

Yes. Please contact Guest Services to arrange an amenities request with 48 hours notice.

Do your hotels offer room service?

Casino Aztar and Le Merigot provide limited room service for our guests.
